And all who heard should see her there,
And all should cry, Beware ! Beware !
Her flashing eyes, her floating hair !
Weave a circle round her thrice,
And close your eyes with holy dread,

For today Anwesha Chatterjee is going to cook today!!!!!!

No no. Do not underestimate your readers. Culinary art is one of the finest forms or art. Just cooking will not do. You cook what? Don't tell that you cooked the most delicious rice made in a rice cooker, the tastiest mashed potato following French cuisine, and most delectable omelette in a Spanish way. You are reminding me of the time when I had to burn my hands in cooking away from home for the first time.

But anyway, good luck with your cooking adventures:D. Do let us know the ups and down of it, of course when your mood strikes:)

It's a good start, in fact. Practice it for two months and you will be expert in cooking rice. Next task, how to boil eggs. Go this way, I can vision you became the head cook of the Taj Hotel by the turn of the century.

@Akash: great 6th sense I would say. As a matter of fact, I cooked egg curry that day...and have been making rice all these days. A couple of people have actually eaten it, and we did not have to call the undertaker, so that speaks a lot for my cooking. Did you say head cook of Taj? Lemme start by looking for a job at McDonalds!!!! I hear that they are hiring.

Good. You are just making giant strides in that direction unforeseen in the history of mankind. In fact, I guessed that from the very beginning that you have a potential for greatness. Ok. After, say 325 years, when you retire as the head cook of the Taj, I shall then make a movie titled, “From Max to Taj- the story of a legend” based on the fairytale success of your life.

OK. I guess, in the US, you are gradually settling down well into the groove. I never visited the US, but from my experience of visiting Canada, AUS and many West European countries and from the vicarious knowledge of my countless friends staying in the US, I imagine that the place should be perfectly well, secure and safe for a woman to live by herself, unlike India . I love India but I feel more relieved if my female acquaintances/friends/relatives stay alone in the western countries rather than in India. This reason, if not many others, is great enough to wrest admiration about the US as a country. What say you? In short, I believe that you would agree that India is way behind the US in terms of women liberation which is an indicator of the prosperity of a country.
